Hi, I’m Jaime DiMeco — a licensed therapist and founder of CLIC Wellness.
I've been deep in this work for nearly a decade, and in 2020 I launched CLIC Wellness while serving as a therapist in my home state of California. I recognized a profound need for broader access to Mental Health and Wellness Tools and Education extending beyond the traditional therapy setting.
Not everyone can - or wants to - go to therapy. But that doesn’t mean they don’t deserve support. So I’ve made it my mission to create accessible, affordable, relatable, & vitally human tools for anyone doing this deep meaningful inner work — whether they’re connected with a therapist or not.
CLIC Wellness was born to serve this resonant mission, providing a collection of restorative, real-life tools for body, mind, soul, and mission — shaped by clinically-sound, evidence-based practices I use with my own clients, and in my own life.
I don't believe healing has to be complicated. But it does need to be supported, caring, knowledgeable, and 'doable'. And it has to meet you where you are.
I’m here because I care & because you matter. Your path, your pain, the way you love, lead, parent, create, and show up in the world, it all matters.
