Commit. Learn. Implement. Connect.

 The defining moments of our lives can usually be narrowed down to a handful of experiences. Whether it be taking the risk of a life-altering decision, confronting a profound truth, basking in awe-inspired wonder, or radiating in a sense of soul-expanding aliveness. These defining experiences - or ‘click’ moments, where the stars align and everything falls into place - often lead us into a richer understanding of ourselves, point us in a clearer direction, and allow us to tap into our deepest motivations.

What if, instead of waiting for these unexpected ‘click’ moments, you could create them? The CLIC Wellness* process was designed by Jaime DiMeco, to do exactly that. Strengthening a sense of self-awareness, enabling individuals to recognize and adapt mindset patterns, develop a sense of clarity around effective goal-setting aligned with core values, honing emotional intelligence, and fostering valuable relationship and communication skills to live out purposeful, balanced, fulfilling lives rooted in an authentic and meaningful sense of self.

The first step of reaching any goal is simply to commit to it. Before any plans are drawn up or outward actions are taken, there is an internal directional shift of deciding, not only what we do not want for our lives but more importantly what we do want. We point our whole selves - mentally, emotionally, and physically - in the direction of our goal, by setting our intention and aligning our actions to reach our destination.

COMMIT

Knowledge is the antidote to fear. So, the path to becoming fearless is becoming informed. Initially by taking inventory of what you’re working with, reflecting inward, taking a deep honest look at who you are, your strengths, your challenges, your goals, your habits, your experiences, and your motivators - to know what you don’t know. This self-awareness becomes the foundation that informs what is the remaining external information necessary for you to learn to reach your goals and achieve meaningful success in any area of your life.

LEARN

It is impossible to get where you want to go if you do not put into practice the knowledge you’ve learned in order to get there. Teaming your insight and will with your call to action, is the most powerful force to overcoming fear and failures on the way to fulfilling your life’s most meaningful ambitions. Your commitment to the journey is what matters most, but it's safe to say, you’ll definitely learn even more and get where you’re headed faster the more steps you actually take…even if you stumble along the way.

IMPLEMENT

Connection is what drives and fulfills our human nature more than anything else. The goal of CLIC Wellness is to make fulfilling connections more accessible and frequent by taking the mystery out of it by having developed a clear and simple method to facilitate the process of rich connection. When you dedicate yourself to the journey of meaningful success, you will begin to experience deeper connections not only with yourself and sense of meaning, but within your close relationships, circles of influence, and global neighborhood. Following the CLIC steps: Commit, Learn, Implement (repeat), CLIC moments of connection and meaningful success are more than probable, they’re attainable.

CONNECT

*The CLIC Wellness process is founded in reliable field-tested and evidence-based clinical practices which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Positive Psychology. As well as drawing on strength-based, trauma-informed, compassion and solution-focused techniques, and the widely utilized Stages of Change and Growth Zone models.​
